Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma/certification in Business Administration or Marketing studies.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in FMCG industry.
• Strong selling, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate sales teams to meet targets for assigned businesses/territories.
• Manage day-to-day operating expenditures against budgets for efficiency.
• Prepare and implement sales action plans and conduct regular customer visits.
• Track team progress against KPIs and provide feedback on execution.
• Execute sales activities including product portfolios, merchandising and marketing plan introductions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and contracts to facilitate sales agreements.
• Monitor competitors and prepare reports; suggest actions to counter competition.
• Prepare sales reports and forecast sales/margins; flag unusual demand changes.
• Coordinate improvements to sales processes and ensure timely product delivery.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues; advise on follow-up actions.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and respond to queries to solicit further orders.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop relationships with key customers.
