Job summary

Evyap Malaysia seeks a capable Supply Chain Planner & Customer Service Lead to join our robust team in Pasir Gudang. You will oversee planning, order management, inventory and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure world-class service.

Responsibilities include SAP-based production planning, coordinating with procurement, sales, logistics and customers, managing KPIs like OTIF and schedule adherence, and leading the Customer Service & Planning team in compliance with GMP, Halal,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on SAP experience (R/3 ECC and/or S/4HANA) in SD, PP and MM modules is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Production Planning & Scheduling: Prepare and monitor daily, weekly and monthly production plans using SAP; Develop production schedules based on demand, orders, production capacity and material availability; Monitor production progress and adjust plans.
• Customer Service & Order Management: Manage customer orders, changes, returns and deliveries in SAP; Monitor customer orders against sales forecasts and provide order status updates; Coordinate with Sales, Production, Logistics and customers to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Inventory Management: Monitor finished goods and raw material inventory against company targets; Manage safety stock and support stock accuracy and reconciliation; Review slow-moving, obsolete and aging inventory and coordinate corrective actions.
• Performance & Continuous Improvement: Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, service level, schedule adherence and inventory; Prepare planning, shipment and inventory reports; Analyze supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Team Management & Compliance: Supervise, coach and develop the Customer Service and Planning team; Ensure compliance with SAP processes and quality, food safety, GMP, Halal, Kosher, RSPO standards.
