Job summary

Evyap Sabun Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service and Planning professional to manage SAP-based production and order fulfilment in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment. You will coordinate with Procurement, Sales and Production to ensure on‑time delivery, optimize inventory, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining GMP and quality standards.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and hands‑on SAP experience (SD/PP/MM) are required; 2–3 years FMCG planning or customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain planning or customer service in FMCG.
• Hands-on SAP experience (SD, PP and MM modules) is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor production plans using SAP across daily/weekly/monthly horizons.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Production to ensure timely material availability.
• Manage customer orders, changes, returns and deliveries in SAP and provide status updates.
• Monitor inventory, safety stock, and aging inventory; drive corrective actions.
• Lead, train and develop the Customer Service and Planning team while ensuring compliance.
