TDCX Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing professional to plan and execute campaigns across Web/Mobile, SEO/SEM, PPC, Affiliate Marketing, and SMM. You will develop multichannel strategies, measure ROI, and optimize spend with insights from data analysis.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in digital marketing, familiarity with Tableau and SPSS, and strong reporting and English communication skills to support the market needs.

Plan and execute digital campaigns across Web/Mobile, SEO/SEM, PPC, Affiliate Marketing, SMM.
Develop and manage campaigns across channels and tools for email marketing, paid search, SEO, PPC, mobile ads.
Measure performance against ROI/KPIs and report results.
Identify insights to optimize spend and performance.
Evaluate new technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption.
Create landing pages and digital journeys with internal teams.
