TDCX, Inc. is a Singapore-headquartered BPO and digital marketing services provider seeking a digital marketing professional to plan, manage and optimize campaigns across web, mobile and social channels.

The role focuses on PPC, SEO/SEM, SMM, email marketing and analytics to drive ROI and business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage tools like Tableau and SPSS, and contribute to ongoing improvements of the company’s digital marketing strategy.

Formación

• Diploma or higher in a related field; fresh graduates encouraged.
• 2 years in related field preferred; but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute Web/Mobile, SEO/SEM, PPC, Affiliate Marketing, SMM and digital advertising campaigns.
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels with email, paid search, SEO, PPC, mobile ads, InMail Sponsored Content and social media.
• Measure and report performance against ROI and KPIs; optimize spend and performance.
• Identify trends, generate insights, and optimize campaigns.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide leadership on adoption where appropriate.
• Create leads, landing pages, and digital journeys in collaboration with internal teams to optimize user experience.
• Additional duties to support the Quality Management System at TDCX.
