Job summary

Roda Land Sdn Bhd, Malaysia's leading off-road tyres specialist, seeks a self-driven HR Executive to manage recruitment, payroll, and learning initiatives. You will ensure compliance with Employment Act, maintain HR records, and support in driving a positive work culture.

The role requires strong communication in English and Chinese and an eye for detail. As the HR department grows, you will help streamline processes, implement new HR policies, and deliver on talent development and engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 2+ years of HR experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.
• Proficient with MS Office; experience with HRMS systems.
• Knowledge of Employment Act and local HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Manage payroll processing and HR records accurately.
• Maintain and update Employee Handbook and HR policies.
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Assist in training needs assessment and development planning.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
• Prepare management reports and HR metrics for review.
• Support employee relations and engagement initiatives.
