Job summary

MTD Group seeks an Executive, Project Management to assist in planning, coordination and implementation of property development projects in Malaysia. You will monitor progress, coordinate consultants, and ensure compliance with requirements, quality standards, and timelines.

Key duties include shaping master work programs, liaising with internal teams, reviewing submissions, supervising construction, and coordinating handover to FM with CMGD and DLP processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, PM, Civil Eng, Construction Mgmt, or Town Planning.
• 2–3 years of property development experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design development with appointed consultants for Development Order and BP.
• Monitor master work program and project timeline.
• Provide input to Contract, Government Liaison, S&M, Finance, and Design teams.
• Review submissions, tenders, drawings and documents for completeness.
• Oversee construction activities to meet schedule, budget, and quality.
• Conduct site visits to track progress and manage VO for contracts.
• Handover completed projects to Facilities Management and CMGD processes.
