Isuzu Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced fleet sales leader to drive growth across the Malaysia market. You will manage dealer relationships, develop fleet strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective after-sales support.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business and 8+ years of related experience, with strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. A strategic thinker who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment will excel.

Responsibilities

• Boost fleet sales by working closely with dealers.
• Plan, develop, and implement fleet sales activities for growth.
• Manage existing fleet customer accounts and develop new opportunities.
• Review and formulate fleet sales policies to optimize performance.
• Visit fleet customers with dealers for product & business presentations.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers and fleet customers.
• Monitor and report fleet sales performance and dealer progress.
• Assist fleet customers with after-sales issues to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Manage all fleet sales administration.

Job description

Boost Fleet Sales – Work closely with dealers to increase company fleet sales penetration.

Strategic Planning – Plan, develop, and implement fleet sales activities for business growth.

Customer Relationship Management – Manage existing fleet customer accounts while developing new business opportunities.

Sales Policy Development – Review and formulate fleet sales policies to optimize sales performance.

Engage with Clients – Regularly visit fleet customers with dealers, conducting product & business presentations.

Build Strong Partnerships – Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers and fleet customers.

Sales Reporting – Monitor and report fleet sales performance and dealer progress.

Customer Support – Assist fleet customers with after-sales issues to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Administrative Excellence – Manage all fleet sales administration for the Fleet Sales Department.

Ad-Hoc Tasks– Support the Superior in additional assignments as needed.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant field.

8+ years of related experience (Assistant Manager role available for candidates with less experience).
