Job summary

MERITAR SUPPLY CHAIN MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Fleet Administrator to join our team in Tanjung Malim, Perak.

This full-time role focuses on managing fleet records, documentation and scheduling to ensure compliance and smooth operations. You will work with drivers, vendors and government bodies, preparing reports and supporting fleet utilisation while upholding safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience as Fleet Administrator, Fleet Coordinator, or similar role in fleet management or logistics.
• Excellent Excel and Word skills to manage spreadsheets and databases.
• Knowledge of Malaysian traffic regulations and fleet compliance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fleet records including registration, insurance, maintenance history, and driver data.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and service appointments.
• Process permits, licenses, road tax renewals, and inspection certificates.
• Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and related expenses for cost savings.
• Assist with fleet procurement, vendor management and equipment orders.
• Schedule and allocate vehicles to operational teams to optimise use.
• Liaise with drivers, providers, insurers and government agencies on issues.
• Prepare fleet reports and performance metrics for management.
