Job summary

Carsome is seeking an Executive, Branch Support Operations (Fleet) in Malaysia to verify car condition against inspection reports and assist customers with change of ownership. You will report to the Assistant Team Leader and coordinate vehicle handovers and inspections.

Responsibilities include performing pre-delivery inspections, coordinating inter-branch transfers, updating records in AppSheet and CarTracker, and supporting logistics with vehicle movement and photoshoots, with travel as

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification is SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.
• Automotive education is preferred.
• At least 2 years in the automotive industry.
• Valid driving license with a clean record and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and perform inbound/outbound inspections.
• Coordinate car handovers and arrange transport between branches.
• Update records using AppSheet and CarTracker(C2B).
• Assist with change of ownership processes and fleet compliance.
• Support monthly stock counts and inter-branch vehicle transfers.
