Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Transport Admin/Logistics Clerk to monitor lorry mileage and routes via GPS, track fuel usage, and arrange maintenance schedules. The role includes coordinating drivers, maintaining transport records, and handling general office duties with procurement responsibilities.

The candidate should have SPm or Diploma, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, good computer skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor lorry mileage and daily routes using GPS Tracking System
• Monitor diesel usage and fuel card transactions
• Arrange and monitor lorry servicing and related maintenance schedules
• Coordinate and communicate with lorry drivers on daily operations
• Maintain transport records and prepare basic reports
• Handle general administrative and clerical duties as assigned by HQ
• Manage the procurement of office supplies, stationery, and daily office necessities
