The Fleet Management Admin is responsible for administrative control, fuel monitoring, and regulatory compliance for our commercial vehicle fleet. This role serves as the primary Person-In-Charge (PIC) for driver Diesel Cards under the Subsidized Diesel Control Scheme (SKDS), ensuring zero unauthorized fuel usage by cross-checking receipts against assigned trips and GPS data. Additionally, you will oversee the full vehicle compliance cycle, including PUSPAKOM inspections, Road Tax, APAD permits, and insurance renewals.
Diesel Card Control: Act as the main PIC for issuing and tracking driver Diesel/Fleet Cards; audit fuel logs against assigned trips, GPS logs, and mileage to detect and prevent personal misuse.
SKDS & Fuel Tracking: Manage diesel quotas under the Subsidized Diesel Control Scheme (SKDS) and report fuel consumption discrepancies to management.
PUSPAKOM & Renewals: Monitor, schedule, and follow up on routine PUSPAKOM inspections, Road Tax, APAD permits, and commercial insurance policies to ensure 100% active fleet compliance.
Authority & Legal Liaison: Coordinate with government agencies and external parties (JPJ, APAD, PDRM, insurance providers) to resolve vehicle matters, summonses, and permit updates.
Documentation & Data Control: Maintain organized physical and digital vehicle master files to ensure audit-readiness for local authorities and customers.
SPM, STPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transport Management, or equivalent.
1–2 years of experience in fleet administration, logistics, or transport operations (Eager and dedicated fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Familiarity with commercial vehicle compliance procedures (PUSPAKOM, JPJ, APAD) and the Subsidized Diesel Control Scheme (SKDS) is a strong advantage.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, especially when auditing fuel claims and numerical records.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and fleet tracking databases.
Effective communication skills to liaise firmly with drivers and external authorities.
