Job summary

L&R Logistics, based in Shah Alam, is seeking a Fleet Management Admin to supervise administrative control, fuel monitoring, and regulatory compliance for our commercial vehicle fleet. You will be the primary PIC for driver Diesel Cards under SKDS, ensuring zero unauthorized fuel usage by cross-checking receipts with trips and GPS data.

Your role includes managing PUSPAKOM inspections, renewals, and Liaison with government agencies to resolve vehicle matters while maintaining audit-ready

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in fleet administration, logistics, or transport operations.
• Familiarity with PUSPAKOM, JPJ, APAD procedures and SKDS is a strong advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when auditing fuel claims and records.

Responsibilities

• Diesel Card Control: act as PIC for issuing and tracking fleet cards; audit logs against trips and GPS data.
• SKDS & Fuel Tracking: manage diesel quotas and report discrepancies to management.
• PUSPAKOM & Renewals: monitor inspections, road tax, permits, and insurance renewals for fleet compliance.
• Authority & Legal Liaison: coordinate with JPJ, APAD, PDRM and insurers on vehicle matters.
