• Manage vehicle registrations, insurance, road taxes, and permits.
• Ensure operations comply with local transport laws and environmental regulations.
• Process traffic violations and manage insurance accident claims from start to finish.
• Generate monthly reports on fleet KPIs including TCO, utilization, and fuel efficiency.

About you

Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Automotive Engineering, or Business Administration

Minimum 1 year of proven experience in fleet operations, transport management, or logistics administration

Proficiency in Fleet Management Software (FMS), GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Excel

Strong ability to interpret data, spot trends, and translate metrics into actionable cost-saving strategies

Ability to handle operational emergencies and vehicle breakdowns calmly and efficiently

Willingness to visit workshops, accident sites, or regional hubs as required
