• Strong data interpretation skills to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor routine servicing, inspections, and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with external workshops and suppliers for cost-effective repairs.
• Manage vehicle registrations, insurance, road taxes, and permits.
• Ensure operations comply with local transport laws and environmental regulations.
• Process traffic violations and manage insurance accident claims from start to finish.
• Generate monthly reports on fleet KPIs including TCO, utilization, and fuel efficiency.
