Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule routine and preventive maintenance for all fleet vehicles.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with service providers and mechanics to arrange repairs and maintenance services.
• Track and manage fleet fuel consumption, expenses and associated budgets.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation related to fleet operations and maintenance history.
• Assist in vehicle inspections and condition assessments.
• Support the management of fleet vehicle assignments and utilisation tracking.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities in fleet operations.
• Coordinate with drivers and operational staff regarding vehicle issues and maintenance schedules.

About the role Sunlun Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking a Fleet & Maintenance Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Sabah. This is a full-time position based on-site that plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our fleet. As Fleet & Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating fleet operations, scheduling maintenance activities, and ensuring all vehicles meet regulatory and safety standards. This position is integral to optimising our fleet's performance and supporting the broader logistics operations of the organisation.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule routine and preventive maintenance for all fleet vehicles

Monitor vehicle maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

Liaise with service providers and mechanics to arrange repairs and maintenance services

Track and manage fleet fuel consumption, expenses and associated budgets

Relevant qualifications or certifications in fleet management or transportation logistics are advantageous
