Job summary

Kit Loong Commercial Tyre Group (KLCT) seeks a Depot Tyre Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance and service activities at assigned depots in Malaysia. You will lead technicians, plan manpower, and ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and ISO 9001 procedures.

Strong leadership, communication and data skills are essential for this role. You will monitor tyre conditions, coordinate preventive maintenance, inspections, changes and breakdown jobs, and prepare performance reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in fleet, automotive, tyre, maintenance or field operations is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong leadership ability and a hands-on attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Able to supervise technicians and work independently at customer sites.
• Good communication, problem-solving, reporting and basic data-analysis skills.
• Willing to travel, work at assigned depots and support urgent operations when required.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation

Salary: RM3,000 to RM5,000 (Per Month)
