Job summary

Linde Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor (contract) to ensure the safety, reliability, and roadworthiness of our fleet. You will verify inspections, oversee repairs, and coordinate with workshops and internal teams to keep operations efficient and compliant.

You will maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions to mitigate safety and regulatory risks, while staying current with industry standards to support continuous improvement and safe

Qualifications

Five years of experience in heavy vehicle maintenance, repair, or inspection.
Strong understanding of heavy-duty vehicle systems, components, and maintenance practices.
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and inspection equipment.
Excellent communication and reporting skills with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Ensure safety, reliability, and roadworthiness of the fleet by inspections and repairs.
Collaborate with approved workshops and internal teams to resolve maintenance issues.
Maintain inspection records, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with transportation safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Stay up to date with industry regulations and inspection standards to drive continuous improvement.
