Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to ensure smooth operation of Fleet & Security Department.
• Handle fleet fuel, TNGO-related matters, credit card & petty cash duties.
• Perform vehicle checks, inspections and licensing administration.
• Coordinate with government agencies on related matters.
• Manage filing and document flow; maintain records accurately.
• Keep superiors informed of issues, decisions and communications.

• SECURITY RELATED MATTERS
• FILING & ADMINISTRATION OF DOCUMENTS FLOW
• KEEP SUPERIOR INFORMED ON ALL ISSUES, DECISIONS & ANY PERTINENT COMMUNICATION WITH ANY INTERNAL OR EXTERNAL PARTIES
• ANY OTHER RELATED DUTIES AS MAY BE INSTRUCTED BY SUPERIOR FROM TIME TO TIME
