Applicants should have a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, 5+ years in F&B operations with 2–3 years in management, and strong cost-control acumen. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
• 5 years in F&B operations with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in luxury/five-star hotel environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SOPs, standards, and cost control.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Cantonese an advantage.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Able to analyze financial data and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the overall operation of F&B outlets to ensure smooth, efficient and profitable daily operations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve department objectives, revenue targets and service standards.
• Ensure a high level of customer-oriented service to all patrons and guests.
• Conduct regular inspections and monitor service quality, hygiene, cleanliness and guest experience.
• Establish and continuously improve SOPs, service standards and workflows.
• Ensure F&B operations comply with policies, food safety requirements and five-star hotel standards.
• Monitor outlets for quality audits including Forbes Travel Guide standards.
• Lead, supervise, coach and motivate the F&B team.
• Identify training and development needs and provide coaching for staff progression.
• Conduct regular management meetings and briefings with outlet teams.
• Prepare and analyze P&L, sales, labour, food cost and other reports.
• Take corrective actions to control costs and maximize revenue.
• Develop annual budget, sales forecast and manpower planning.
• Work with culinary on menu planning, pricing and development.
• Monitor inventory, purchasing and wastage.
• Handle guest complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest experience.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and scheduling.
• Manage administrative matters and reports.
