Job summary

INSPUR COMMUNICATION MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is recruiting a civil/construction professional to plan, coordinate, and execute interior fit-out works for data center projects in Cyberjaya.

You will collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to meet design and schedule requirements. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, strong coordination, attention to detail, and good English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in interior fit-out, construction, or finishing works.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, site coordination, fit-out materials, construction methods, and quality control.
• Strong project coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors, suppliers, and multiple project teams.
• Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Good English communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams to ensure fit-out works are completed according to project requirements
• Monitor site progress, construction quality, materials, and workmanship, and identify and resolve site issues in a timely manner
• Review construction drawings, technical specifications, method statements, and relevant project documentation
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate rectification works to ensure compliance with design, quality, safety, and project schedules
• Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates on project status, site issues, and construction activities
