You will guide backend systems, microservices, and production reliability while collaborating with product, risk and compliance teams. Mandarin proficiency is required for day-to-day communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Substantial backend engineering and financial technology experience.
• Strong ownership of architecture, delivery and production systems.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams (5–30 people preferred).

• Drive architecture decisions for scalability, availability, performance and security.
