Job summary

ATech Solution in Malaysia seeks a React Native Lead Developer - Project Delivery for a FinTech initiative. This hands-on leadership role blends architecture, development, code reviews, and release management to keep delivery on track.

The ideal candidate combines senior engineering, technical leadership, and project management, translating business needs into executable plans and guiding a team through complex technical challenges. Fluent English is mandatory; Cantonese is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as technical lead or engineering lead with delivery responsibility.
• Strong Scrum/Agile experience, backlog planning and sprint ceremonies.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and risks with proactive escalation.
• Experience with AWS-based architecture, CI/CD and release management.
• Experience with automated testing (unit/integration) and quality engineering.
• Proven client-facing stakeholder management.
• Backend experience in Java/Spring Boot and FinTech domains is a plus.
• English fluent; Cantonese a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery from requirements clarification to production delivery.
• Lead Scrum/Agile delivery including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Manage project scope, milestones, risks, and release schedules.
• Coordinate developers, QA, clients, and stakeholders with clear ownership.
• Identify and drive resolution of risks, blockers, and delays early.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in React Native and architecture decisions.
• Drive quality and release readiness with automated testing and CI/CD.
• Lead requirement discussions and maintain strong client relationships.
