Job summary

Hytech, a leading fintech company, seeks a Product Manager to own discovery, roadmaps, and growth initiatives. You will translate business needs into PRDs, prioritize the backlog, and align engineering, design, marketing, sales, and leadership around a shared product vision.

Strong data sense, ability to break down complex problems into user stories, and Mandarin proficiency are valued. Fintech experience and multi-brand setups are a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze user funnels and derive product hypotheses.
• Break down ambiguous business problems into clear user stories.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering and UI/UX squads.
• Take ownership with proactive influence in a fast-paced environment.
• Leverage AI tools to augment productivity and PRD documentation.
• Strong Mandarin Chinese language skills (spoken and written).
• Experience in Fintech product management or data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between frontline sales/commercial teams and engineering roadmap.
• Gather requirements and translate into PRDs.
• Prioritize product backlog based on business impact and ROI.
• Align stakeholders across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and leadership.
• Drive Monthly Active Users (MAU) growth and onboarding flows.
• Collaborate with advertising, marketing, and sales to hit conversion targets.
• Perform data deep-dives to identify growth bottlenecks.
