Qualifications

• Strong product sense and data sensitivity.
• Structured ability to turn problems into user stories.
• Ownership and cross-functional delivery across teams.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to speed PRD work.
• Multilingual stakeholder management with Mandarin proficiency.
• 3+ years in fintech product management or product data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Product Discovery & Roadmap Prioritization: translate requirements into PRDs and prioritize backlog.
• Stakeholder Alignment: coordinate engineering, design, marketing, sales, and leadership on priorities.
• Product Evangelism: communicate the product vision to internal teams and customers.
• User Growth & Feature Ownership: support MAU, retention, onboarding flows, and growth loops.
• Data-Driven Problem Identification: analyze funnels and user journeys to identify bottlenecks.
