Job summary

MetaComp Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking a Product Manager to support end-to-end product lifecycle from requirements through development, testing, launch and ongoing improvement.

You will collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Operations, Compliance, Risk and Finance to deliver timely product initiatives in a fast-paced fintech environment, with emphasis on data-driven decisions and strong documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance/economics/CS/IS/engineering/math or related field.
• At least 3 years in product management or related fields; advantage but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of how to break down problems and identify practical solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational and project coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers, data and spreadsheets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, curious and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of product initiatives.
• Document business and user requirements and translate into product requirements and user stories.
• Assist with product roadmap planning and tracking.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Operations, Compliance and other stakeholders to ensure smooth product delivery.
• Conduct market, competitor and user research to identify opportunities.
• Monitor product metrics and performance after launch; support UAT and post-launch monitoring.
