This outbound sales role focuses on prospecting, pitching, and closing with merchants across Malaysia, with a hybrid work setup to support field activity.

We welcome fresh graduates; 1–2 years in sales is a plus. You’ll learn end‑to‑end outbound sales—from prospecting to activation—while gaining deep fintech knowledge and deal‑driven compensation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1–2 years’ experience in sales or merchant acquisition is a plus; fintech or SME solutions is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own Your Funnel: Prospect, qualify, and convert new online merchants through calls, WhatsApp, and social outreach.
• Sell the Solution: Run impactful product demos that show merchants how senangPay simplifies online payments.
• Win Fast, Win Often: Close deals across eCommerce, F&B, services, education, retail, and community sellers.
• Drive the Numbers: Manage your pipeline in CRM and track leads through every sales stage.
• Be Market-Smart: Spot emerging merchant segments, competitor trends, and new product opportunities.
• Collaborate to Activate: Work with Onboarding and Support teams to ensure merchants go live and start transacting quickly.
