senangPay, a DOKU Company, invites you to join as an Accounts & Finance Intern in Malaysia. You’ll gain hands-on experience reconciling payment channels, supporting tax processes, and assisting management accounting in a fast-growing fintech

You'll learn how a payment gateway reconciles TPV, tax compliance in practice, and how to navigate major acquirer portals, while receiving mentorship from the Accounts & Finance Manager in a hybrid workspace.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or final-year students in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Meticulous with numbers and comfortable with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong English & Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal).
• A proactive, "can-do" learner who thrives in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Audit Digital Flows: Reconcile major channels (Boost, Grab, ShopeePay & Others) to ensure every cent is accounted for.
• Expense Integrity: Tie credit card spends and invoices to bank statements accurately.
• Revenue & Growth Tracking: Daily Pulse: Assist in compiling daily revenue reports to provide management with a real-time view of performance.
• Merchant Support: Support CS in managing basic charges and resolving billing queries.
• Ops & Compliance: Tax & Procurement: Support calculation of taxes and manage Purchase Requests (PR).
• Internal Finance: Assist in processing claims and performing accuracy checks on financial reports.
