Job summary

Razer is seeking a highly motivated IT Intern to join our team. You will support end-users, assist with database maintenance, and participate in IT projects in a fintech-focused, fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IT with a strong interest in technology, SQL/NoSQL, and excellent communication. This internship offers hands-on experience across databases, software deployments, and risk/compliance documentation.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong interest in technology and IT support.
Basic understanding of Database, SQL scripting, NoSQL, computer hardware and software systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end-users.
Perform routine maintenance on database.
Prepare tech risk & compliance audit and supporting documents.
Participate in coding and deployment exercise.
Assist with database administration tasks, such as setting up user accounts and creating/altering database objects.
Participate in IT projects and initiatives, such as software rollouts and system upgrades.
Document technical procedures and processes.
Keep up to date with the latest technologies and tools in the IT industry.
Ad hoc task assigned by team lead or tech lead.
Assist with setting up and configuring Database and software systems.
