Job summary

Razer is seeking an CA Operations Intern in Kuala Lumpur to support customer advocacy operations for Razer Gold and Razer Silver. You will assist with ticket investigations, escalations, and rewards program operations while helping maintain SOPs and documentation.

You will collaborate with Customer Support, Product, Marketing, and other teams to drive CX improvements and participate in post-campaign fulfillment activities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergrad/grad in business, operations, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Support customer advocacy operations for Razer Gold and Razer Silver through customer-centric processes.
• Assist with support ticket investigations, escalation tracking, and rewards program operations.
• Maintain operational documentation and review SOPs for improvements.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Product, Marketing, and other stakeholders on CX initiatives.
• Contribute to post-campaign fulfilment activities and prize distribution.
• Review processes to identify standardization and efficiency improvements.
• Assist with training materials and knowledge bases for CA operations.
• Perform administrative tasks to support business objectives.
