Job summary

Wild Tech is seeking a proactive FnO Functional Support Consultant in Malaysia. You will deliver Level 1 and 2 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinOps and related ERP tools, with emphasis on Finance, SCM, and integrated business applications.

The role involves troubleshooting across modules, supporting Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, and collaborating with senior engineers to resolve issues within SLAs. Regional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT or application support experience, preferably with MS Dynamics 365 FinOps and SCM modules.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 FinOps and SCM modules.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 and Power Platform is desirable.
• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across financials, supply chain, sales, and reporting modules.
• Support users across Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) and Power Platform.

About The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused D365 FnO Functional Support Consultant to join our team in Malaysia. You’ll be responsible for delivering Level 1 and Level 2 support for our customers across cloud ERP platforms, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FinOps) and other integrated business applications. (SCM & Warehousing experience is most advantageous).

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in ERP support and a passion for cloud-based solutions who’s ready to expand their knowledge across Microsoft’s modern workplace ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support for Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in IT or application support, ideally with MS Dynamics 365 FinOps and SCM Modules
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or Supply Chain Management (SCM Modules)
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 and Power Platform is highly desirable
• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Logical problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
• Experience with helpdesk/ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk, ServiceNow)
• Hands‑on in support environments – handling user tickets, troubleshooting issues, and performing functional configurations
• Comfortable working with business users to resolve functional problems

Certifications (Preferred But Not Mandatory)

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals / Microsoft 365 Fundamentals beneficial
• ITIL Foundation or relevant service management frameworks
