Job summary

IBroad Solutions is seeking a Senior SCM consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You will lead 2–3 full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations, gather requirements across supply chain processes, and design functional solutions aligned with business goals.

You will configure out-of-the-box D365 capabilities, perform data migrations with D365 Data Entities, and work closely with technical teams and stakeholders through the ERP lifecycle from discovery to post-go-live

Qualifications

• 7+ years ERP consulting experience.
• 2–3 full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge of: Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation & Logistics, Operations.
• Experience in functional solution design for customizations, reporting, and integrations.
• Experience with data migration using D365 Data Entities.
• Familiarity with system configuration, including number sequences, dimensions, ledger setup, and tax configuration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Senior Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Location: Skudai, Johor, Malaysia (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across Supply Chain Management processes.
• Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Configure standard D365 functionalities and recommend best practices to maximize out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Develop functional solution designs for customizations, reports, integrations, and business process enhancements.
• Lead workshops with business users to understand operational requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of ERP consulting experience, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Proven experience delivering 2–3 full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge of:

• Hands‑on experience implementing:
  Master Planning
  Demand Forecasting
  Warehouse Management
• Experience in functional solution design for customizations, reporting, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP best practices.
• Experience with data migration using D365 Data Entities.
• Familiarity with system configuration, including number sequences, dimensions, ledger setup, and tax configuration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Strong product knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience with:
  Expense Management
  Financial Management

  Multi-company implementations
  Knowledge of Finance modules will be an added advantage.
