Laser Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a qualified engineer to support daily finishing operations in Powder Coating and Silk Screen processes. You will monitor product quality, drive efficiency gains, and troubleshoot defects to implement corrective actions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with at least 2 years in manufacturing. Knowledge of finishing QC and process improvement is advantageous, and you will collaborate with Production, QA, and Maintenance

Responsabilidades

• Support daily finishing operations in Powder Coating and Silk Screen processes.
• Monitor and improve product quality, productivity, and process efficiency.
• Troubleshoot finishing defects and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure finished products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Work with Production, QA, and Maintenance on process improvements.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process records.
• Support continuous improvement and 5S activities.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.

Minimum 2 years working experience in manufacturing environment.

Experience in Powder Coating and/or Silk Screen process is preferred.

Knowledge in finishing quality control and process improvement.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Able to work independently and as a team.
