Responsibilities

Lead store team and foster a positive, productive work environment.
Oversee day-to-day operations including opening/closing, inventory and visual merchandising.
Drive sales by setting targets, motivating the team and implementing sales strategies.
Coach staff on product knowledge, sales techniques and customer engagement.
Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends and implement action plans to meet targets.
Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels to meet customer demand.
Collaborate with marketing to execute promotions and events to drive foot traffic and brand awareness.
Conduct regular staff training to enhance product knowledge and service quality.
Foster strong relationships with customers, address needs, resolve complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Maintain a safe and clean store environment in line with health and safety standards.
