Sephora Malaysia is recruiting a Store Manager to base at F88, Kuala Lumpur and One Utama, Selangor. The role focuses on driving store profit, leading a high-performing team, and delivering a premium customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months’ store management experience in beauty/fashion retail, strong product and industry knowledge, and advanced MS Office skills. You will oversee operations, HR adherence, and loss prevention while upholding Sephora’s values.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary school education, advanced diploma or University degree.
• Minimum 18 months’ work experience in a beauty/fashion customer and commercial focused retail environment.
• Minimum of 12 months’ Store Management responsibility.
• Intermediate selling experience; comprehensive product, retail and industry understanding; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store sales and profit targets.
• Manage all resources within the store to provide customers with a leading shopping experience.
• Forecast sales and payroll with Country Manager and Head of Retail to drive store results.
• Be a role model for customer service and drive a service and selling culture.
