Job summary

Al-Futtaim, a diversified regional group, is seeking a Store Manager in Kuala Lumpur to drive operational excellence, P&L ownership, and brand compliance across our fashion brands. You will lead sales, stock management, service standards and loss prevention, mentor a high-performing team, ensure health and safety, and deliver an aspirational shopping environment.

This role requires a graduate degree, 8+ years in fashion retail, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in fashion/retail.
• Experience with fashion brands or luxury retail.
• Strong leadership and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service and reflect strong brand image across the store.
• Review sales figures and drive department and BU performance.
• Manage stock, replenishment, and cycle counts to maximize sales.
• Ensure service standards, customer satisfaction, and loss prevention.
• Uphold health & safety, compliance, and SOPs across store operations.
• Lead and develop store staff, with a focus on training and succession planning.
• Control costs and improve profitability through efficient operations.
