Qualifications

• Proven experience in fine dining restaurant operations within luxury properties.
• Senior restaurant/F&B management background.
• Strong leadership, staff coaching and service training experience.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of wine and spirits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and overall performance of the fine dining restaurant.
• Maintain exceptional service standards and a consistent luxury guest experience.
• Lead the team with a hands-on management approach.
• Communicate effectively with the team and share information.
• Motivate, coach and develop staff to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Conduct regular F&B service training and develop employees' service skills.
• Work with the Chef to maintain food quality and guest expectations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Handle guest requirements, preferences and dietary requests.
• Monitor service and hygiene standards and take action to maintain excellence.
