Restaurant Manager – Fine Dining | Luxury Hotel

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations, management and overall performance of a prestigious fine dining restaurant within a luxury hotel in Langkawi. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining exceptional service standards and delivering memorable dining experiences in line with the property's luxury hospitality values.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and overall performance of the fine dining restaurant.


• Maintain exceptional service standards and ensure a consistent luxury guest experience.


• Lead the team with a visible and hands-on management approach.


• Communicate effectively with the team and ensure all relevant information is properly shared.


• Motivate, coach and develop team members to improve efficiency, confidence and service quality.


• Conduct regular F&B service training and continuously develop employees' service skills.


• Work closely with the Chef to maintain food quality and ensure guest expectations are met.


• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards.


• Handle guest requirements, preferences and dietary requests effectively.


• Monitor service and hygiene standards and take appropriate action to maintain operational excellence.

About you

• Proven experience in Fine Dining restaurant operations within a Luxury / 5-Star Hotel or Resort.


• Previous experience in a senior Restaurant / F&B management role.


• Strong experience in team leadership, staff coaching and F&B service training.


• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.


• Strong knowledge of wine and spirits.


• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.


• Warm, friendly and professional personality with a strong guest-service mindset.


• Passionate about luxury hospitality and service excellence.


• Creative and entrepreneurial approach to restaurant operations.


• Experience in Michelin-starred or Michelin-level dining environments will be an advantage.
