Responsibilities

• Lead and support the service team during daily operations.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and allocate duties to team members.
• Ensure the restaurant and tables are properly prepared before service.
• Monitor service standards and ensure guests receive attentive service.
• Assist team members with guest requests and service-related matters.
• Provide guidance on menu items, ingredients, and beverages.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor table service, clearing, resetting, and overall dining area presentation.
• Handle guest feedback and elevate issues to the Supervisor or Manager when required.
• Support VIP guests and special dining arrangements.
• Coach new and junior team members on service standards and procedures.
• Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and work performance.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained.
• Support the team during busy periods and special events.
• Report operational issues and guest feedback to the Supervisor or Manager.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
