Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group Limited is seeking a skilled F&B Captain to oversee an assigned section within a luxury hotel restaurant. You will guide F&B colleagues, ensure service excellence, and uphold top hygiene and service standards in line with MO luxury branding.

The role emphasizes guest-focused service, knowledge of menus and promotions, and collaboration with the Kitchen and Bar to maintain smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage, preferably within a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end restaurant.
• Previous experience as an F&B Captain, Senior Waiter/Waitress, or equivalent supervisory role is preferred.
• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests in a warm, professional, and personalized manner.
• Ensure guests receive attentive, efficient, and seamless service throughout their dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menus, ingredients, preparation methods, beverages, and current promotions.
