Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support in hospitality preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and related software.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous, and efficient service to guests.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and promptly handle inquiries or complaints.
• Coordinate service staff during operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.
• Promote menu items and upsell food and beverage products.
• Operate the MICROS POS system and handle guest billing accurately.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Liaise with the Kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
