Attitude, a free job portal in Malaysia, powered by Alphako Sdn Bhd, seeks a fresh accounting graduate to manage bookkeeping, accruals, and reporting for client accounts.

You will prepare monthly closes, balance sheet reconciliations and deliver accurate reports on time in a hybrid work setup with two days of work-from-home. Diploma/degree in accounting/finance preferred; ACCA/MIA/CPA is an advantage.

Formación

• Fresh graduate or 1 year of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
• Experience in client service or SSC environment is a plus.
• Diploma/Degree in accounting/finance; professional studies encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Book-keeping and entries to accounting system (accruals, adjustments).
• Prepare timely accounting reports and deliverables; meet deadlines.
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations and monitor unusual items.
• Prepare month-end close and ensure supporting docs are complete.
• Assist with tax calculations if required.
• Handle ad hoc activities as assigned.

> 5 working days (Mon- Friday), 2 off days (Sat & Sun)
> Working hours 9am – 6pm (Flexible)
> Hybrid work arrangement (2 days wfh)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Book-keeping and accounting entries to accounting system (eg. accruals, adjustments).
> Responsible for timely preparation of accounts – weekly, month-end, financial year end closing and aging/listings.
> Work independently on accounting and management report and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
> Prepare accounting reports and deliverables and ensure submission within agreed timelines.
> Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, monitor unusual items and movement, and investigate reconciling items.
> Meet Business Unit / client requirements/instructions and ensure on-time and on-quality deliverables.
> Prepare manual journal entries at month end and ensure that the supporting documentation for each manual journal entry is complete, adequate, and accurate.
> Perform monthly income tax calculation if required.
> Handle ad hoc activities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
> Fresh graduate or with 1 years relevant working experience in accounting, finance or relevant field of work.
> Experience working in client service or SSC environment will be an added advantage.
> Diploma/Degree or in the midst of pursuing professional studies in accounting/financial or its equivalent.
> ACCA, MIA, CPA or equivalent will be added advantage.
> Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken)
