Job summary

AIA Malaysia is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead demand-led initiatives within Group Financial Solutions. You will coordinate across business units and stakeholders to define scope, goals and deliverables that support strategic objectives and drive outcomes.

You will monitor progress, coordinate resources and drive efficiency projects while ensuring governance through reviews and reporting. The role requires 2–4 years in Finance/Accounting, strong communication, and PMP/ Scrum

Qualifications

• 2-4 years working in Finance/Accounting with Shared Services or consulting in an MNC environment.
• Strong project coordination, communication and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel to create documents and presentations.
• Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with PM and stakeholders.
• Understand end-to-end business impacts and connect relevant parties.
• Monitor progress and manage development and delivery from start to finish.
• Coordinate GFS resources to implement deliverables.
• Identify and deliver efficiency projects for potential savings.
• Track progress and updates in project platforms (e.g., Smartsheet).
• Communicate deviations in quality, cost or schedule.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and manage governance including gate reviews.
