Job summary

Toll Global Forwarding (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead finance-related initiatives, driving planning, delivery and benefits realization. You will collaborate with Finance, IT and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are documented, budgets tracked, and milestones met.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in project management, strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid approaches, and expertise in business case development, risk management and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience, ideally in finance transformation.
• Proven end-to-end project delivery including scope, budget, timelines, and governance.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience in business case development, process improvement, and requirements documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of finance-related projects and programs.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
• Document requirements, as-is and to-be processes, and business cases.
• Plan complex programs across multiple streams with risk mitigation.
• Oversee project scope, schedules, budgeting, and governance.
• Advise on framework selection and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Produce governance artefacts and status reporting for leadership.
