Job summary

Toll Group is seeking a Project Manager for its Finance Systems Project Team in Malaysia. You will lead end-to-end delivery of finance-related projects, develop robust project plans, document requirements and business cases, and manage governance, risks, and benefits realization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
8+ years of project management experience, ideally in Finance transformation, systems, or automation projects.
Proven experience managing end-to-end project delivery, including scope, budget, timelines, risks, and governance.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Experience in business case development, process improvement, and requirements documentation.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
Ability to manage project finances, reporting, and benefits realization.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead: End-to-end delivery of finance-related projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and finance priorities.
Develop: Project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource plans across workstreams.
Document: Requirements, as-is and to-be processes, and financial analyses for business cases.
Planning: Lead complex programs across multiple streams with risk mitigation.
Governance: Establish and maintain project governance frameworks and reporting.
