Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of PMO, Finance transformation, or business improvement experience.
• Experience leading regional or global cross‑functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Finance transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Develop project charters, business cases, project plans, timelines, governance structures and implementation roadmaps.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
• Facilitate Steering Committee meetings and executive project reviews.
• Ensure milestones, deliverables and benefits realization meet objectives.
• Manage risks, issues, and escalation processes with timely resolutions.
• Standardize PMO methodologies, templates, and governance practices across GBS Finance.
• Support portfolio management by prioritizing initiatives aligned with strategy.
