Job summary

Toll Group is seeking a Project Manager to join the Finance Systems Project Team in Malaysia. You will lead end-to-end delivery of finance initiatives, ensure requirements are documented, and coordinate across Finance, IT and business stakeholders to achieve on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Responsibilities include planning, risk management, business case development and governance, with opportunities to apply Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches and drive benefits realization across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience, ideally in Finance transformation, systems, or automation projects.
• Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery including scope, budget, timelines, risks and governance.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience in business case development, process improvement and requirements documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and change management skills.
• Ability to manage project finances, reporting and benefits realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of finance related projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and finance priorities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and resource plans across workstreams.
• Document requirements, as-is and to-be processes, business cases and success measures.
• Plan complex programs/projects across multiple streams with risk mitigation.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, prioritization and governance.
