Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a program-driven finance project lead to manage demand-led initiatives within Group Financial Solutions. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, align with senior stakeholders, and ensure delivery from initiation to closure.

Applicants with 2–4 years in Finance/Accounting SSC or consulting, strong communication and analytical skills, and PMP or Scrum Master certifications will stand out. Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools is required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in Finance/Accounting with Shared Services or consulting firm in an MNC.
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint; strong communication.
• PM certifications (PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand-led finance projects and governance across GFS.
• Coordinate stakeholder groups and monitor project milestones from start to finish.
• Identify efficiency opportunities and report deviations in cost, scope or schedule.
• Provide governance with gate reviews and post-audits as required.
