Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead strategic transformation programs across GBS Finance, driving governance, planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and benefits realization. You will coordinate with Finance leadership, IT, and regional stakeholders to deliver initiatives aligned with the GBS roadmap and transformation strategy.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, process automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and governance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance & accounting or related field.
Minimum 5 years in PMO, finance transformation, or business improvement.
Experience leading regional/global cross-functional initiatives.
PMI/PRINCE2/Lean Six Sigma or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple Finance transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.
Develop charters, business cases, plans, timelines, and governance structures.
Monitor scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources across projects.
Facilitate Steering Committee meetings and executive reviews.
Ensure milestones, deliverables, and benefits realization meet objectives.
Coach PMO and SMEs on best practices and continuous improvement.
