Job summary

Jabil Malaysia is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and performance monitoring. You will partner with Operations and Supply Chain to improve profitability, optimize costs, and drive strategic decisions using advanced analytics and AI-enabled finance tools.

You will develop financial models, manage reporting, and collaborate with IT on Finance AI transformation initiatives, leveraging ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, TM1, and Coupa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis and modeling.
• Proven expertise in developing sophisticated financial models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational performance, identify key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop financial models to evaluate profitability, cost optimization, investments, and business scenarios.
• Monitor operating income, margins, working capital, cash flow, and other key performance indicators.
• Perform variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Support strategic planning and long-term business growth initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Business Unit Managers, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial teams.
• Build financial data models and predictive analytics tools to support forecasting and scenario planning.
• Develop AI-enabled finance assistants and chatbot solutions to enhance user self-service reporting.
• Partner with IT and Digital teams to implement Finance AI transformation initiatives.
• Integrate ERP systems with reporting and analytics platforms.
• Drive continuous improvement through RPA, AI, and BI technologies.
